That vision was achieved with the opening of Lobbys Beef Burgers Dogs. All burgers here are handmade with lean USDA ground beef. The buns are made fresh for Lobbys from a local bakery using only the quality ingredients, and no preservatives or additives. Burgers are grilled and steamed to juicy perfection. The buns are toasted and smeared with the secret "Lobby Sauce," and diners get to choose from a bevy of toppings, including crisp lettuce, tomatoes, hand-cut pickles, red onions, and provolone and cheddar cheese.
