With a decor of art painted on shipwreck parts, this restaurant serves the best and freshest fish on island. Naturally, most guests order the fish of the day, which can be simply grilled or else served in a delectable fondue with six homemade sauces. Begin perhaps with the local version of gazpacho, going on to such Creole-inspired dishes as shrimp cooked in coconut milk. You compose your own salad from a choice of ingredients. French music is played in the background if you want to linger, sipping Calvados imported from Normandy.
