Located approximately 130 south of Manhattan, this beautiful course is open year-round, seven days a week weather permitting. A swimming pool, baby pool, championship tennis courts, restaurant and grill make Montauk Downs an enjoyable family outing.

  Recreation at Montauk Downs State Park centers around the 18-hole championship golf course. Age requirement is 12 years old with guardian and 16 years old unaccompanied. Yardage at the course is 6,762. The course (par 72) offers a clubhouse, pro shop and driving range. The signature hole is the 12th hole, par 3. The prevailing winds usually blow toward the golfer, making this an extremely tough par 3.
