A to Z Cafe

• Cult Japanese artist, Yoshitomo Nara, collaborated with design unit Graf to open his own cafe, and it's one which can easily hold its own against its many arty competitors. Housed on the 5th floor of an unassuming concrete building in Aoyama, the modest setting makes the homey, appealing interior of the cafe even more of a surprise. Customers are given their own menu, designed by Nara himself which they can then keep. The menu is in vague English but many of the staff know enough English to help you out. As an added bonus, there are plenty of original Nara pictures and figurines to peruse.
