- This swanky Ginza establishment offers a great view of Tokyo's neon panorama from it's 9th floor vantage point in the Ginza Fusou Building. Upon entering Penthouse G, one might notice that the interior has a distinct film noir feel to it. This is because the interior of this bar was created by a set designer noted for his work on the film The Year of the Dragon, and while that movie may have been forgettable, the atmosphere, and the view from this bar are not. Women get a JPY500 cut in the usual cover charge, making this more than just a great place to swig a martini.
