- Fujiya is a traditional Japanese inn located in the hot spring and ski resort of Ginzan. The ski slopes are open from December to March, but Ginzan Onsen is picturesque year round. A handful of traditional inns line the Ginzan River and simple bridges connect the banks. The atmosphere is quaint and serene. Fujiya offers guests separate men's and women's hot spring bathing facilities. The indoor baths are traditional wooden tubs and outdoor baths are situated next to the river. The water is classified sodium chloride and sulfur. The food is traditional mountain cuisine, featuring fish and wild boar.
