There are also ordinary hot spring baths. Guests at the inn can use all bathing facilities for a nominal fee. Rooms are clean and very basic. Guests cook for themselves in the communal kitchen and eat together. Staying at such basic inns is a great way to get to know the local folk and get advice on the best hot spring bathing facilities.
