Description:
I like this hotel chain for its clean functional rooms, complimentary breakfast of coffee and pastries served in the lobby, free use of dataports, free wireless access in the lobby (and for those who don't have their own laptops, free use of computers in the lobby), and complimentary movies (only occasionally in English). Rooms are all very small singles and doubles.

Perfect location in Shinagawa, basic hotel

So this is not a hotel to stay in if you plan to spend much time in your room. I stayed in a single room and it was tiny. Even tiny for Japan. You could not open a suitcase fully anywhere...
