- "Hakarime" has a wide variety of conger eel preparations on the menu. Among the grilled varieties, the shira—yaki, plain grilled conger eel without sauce or the bou—anago, a dries and chopped conger shaped fish are the best. Sushis, rice, noodles and egg custard are also on offer. Elaborate conger eel combos or salads are available in a fixed course meal. A selection of wines and the traditional Japanese 'Sakes' is also available.
