- J's Kitchen provides all organic and vegan foods, therefore no white sugar, meat, eggs, and animal fat from dairy produce are used. Vegetable skins are kept on whenever possible, and no preservatives are used. The two story restaurant is light and airy, with the promise to serve "Fine Foods" written over the entrance. Dishes such as Organic Vegetable Curry (1680JPY) or Organic Steamed Vegetable with Deep-fried Soy Meat (1680JPY) are beautifully plated, and taste as good as they look. Prices are considerably high, but you're paying for fresh organic food.
