Kyushu Jangara Ramen

• It might not be the most refined ramen in town, but what Jangara lacks in sophistication it more than makes up for in pure quantity and depth of flavor. Specializing in Kyushu-style, thick pork broth and gi-normous hunks of perfectly cooked, fatty chashu, Jangara has been attracting the younger crowd in Tokyo for years. Check out their Harajuku or Akihabra locations for a more authentic experience.
