- Legato is one of the newest restaurants in Tokyo that offers the luxury of Penthouse dining and a view of the Tokyo tower. The ambience is laidback with a strong theatrical decor and some influences of the old world. Despite the old decor the food served is as modern as it gets. The wine list is endless and the food served is basically Vietnamese. The appetisers are lip-smacking and the Vietnamese style pork spring roll is one of the best you can have in Tokyo. Also served are different vegetables cooked in the Chinese style.
