Description:
There are so many Sabatini restaurants in Tokyo (with no relationship to each other) that they're hard to keep apart. This one, on the 13th floor of the Ibis Hotel, is the least expensive of them all, with good food and thoughtful service. Offering panoramic views over Roppongi and dominated by a huge floral arrangement in the center of the restaurant, it offers various pasta dishes along with Roman favorites, including rolled swordfish, chicken cacciatore, and saltimbocca (veal with sage and ham).
