One of a dependably good chain of reasonably priced sushi bars, this place is a natural for both novices and more experienced fans of raw fish. Order a la carte for your favorites, or stick to one of the set meals if you don't know much about sushi. I like ordering the omakase lunch (¥2,625/$22/£11), which lets the chef choose your meal. For dinner, only one set meal is available, since most who dine after work come primarily to relax and drink sake, ordering sushi a la carte in a more leisurely fashion until they're full. Two counters give everyone a ringside seat.
