Description:
This chain of pizza/pasta restaurants has sprouted like mushrooms throughout Tokyo and is so successful it must be doing something right. I find its choices more interesting than those of other chains of this ilk, and this location has the bonus of an outdoor terrace. With more than 40 pastas and pizzas to choose from (including pizza with regular or crispy crust), there's something to please everyone. Spaghetti toppings run from the familiar (ground beef with tomato sauce) to the esoteric (cod roe and cuttlefish). There's another convenient To the Herbs next to Kabukiza at 4-13-11 Ginza (tel. 03/5565-9800); it's open daily 11am to 11pm.
