- GREAT Atmosphere and great staff. I always enjoy getting my haircut by them. It is a reasonably priced haircut, by Tokyo standards. They cut men, women, and children's hair. They also specialize in coloring, and manicures. Great for the ladies!!! They also have a few staff members who are comfortable speaking English. Its a little bit of a walk from any of the stations, but it is worth it!!
