Description:
- The six generations that have owned this 300-year-old inn have all been dedicated to preserving the historic tradition. Rooms in the old section radiate a sense of antiquity but a newer wing has modern facilities. The wooden bathhouse is thing of beauty. It sits next to a stream and contains four cypress tubs. Inside the tubs are floating pieces of wood serving as headrests. The temperature is pleasantly warm and invites relaxation. Mixed bathing is common but next to the main bathhouse is a smaller structure with women's baths. The food here uses superior ingredients and is exquisite.
