Description:
- The onsen here are filled by underground reservoirs - the high mineral content of the water is said to benefit many different ailments. The beautiful surroundings add to the experience; on a clear day, from the outdoor Jacuzzi, you get a gorgeous view of Mount Fuji. The bath temperature is a rather challenging 41 degrees celsius, so be sure to drink plenty of water. A shuttle service connects the hot springs to the train station.
