    Description:

    • Fran's Restaurant is known as the restaurant that never closes—even during a blackout. For more than 70 years, this retro-dinner has been serving popular comfort food 24-7. The most popular item on the menu is the all-day breakfast particularly with the after-bar crowd. Fran's also serves up soups, salads, sandwiches, and pastas. The oldest location is on College Street with a restaurant in the Pantages Hotel and another at Yonge and Front Street. It attracts all kinds of characters so is also a great place to people watch.
