      Guests are encouraged to order from a five, seven, or ten course tasting menu in order to fully explore the bold flavours and textures of Chef Loseto's cooking. Wine pairings carefully selected by JP Potters, GM & Sommelier, George, are a wonderful addition to the tasting experience. The wine program is focused on quality, sustainability and terroir. Wines are sourced from small suppliers with a focus on unique appellations and varietals. At the table one of our five sommeliers will ensure selections are perfectly paired to the unique cuisine of Executive Chef Loseto.

      Tasting menu is very good

    • Chic place in east downtown. Atmosphere is pleasant, not pretentious. Chef visits almost every table to explain menu items. Highlight for me was the beignet for dessert of all things.
