With creative direction from Lai Wah Heen's executive and master dim sum chefs, the menu was created by Lai Toh Heen's executive chef John Kwan and is modern and experimental, drawing inspiration from all regions in China. In addition to Kwan's unique creations, Lai Toh Heen's dim sum chef created an exciting line-up of dim sum. While traditionally served only over the breakfast and lunch hours, patrons can enjoy it all day long, both as a lunch menu feature and served tapas-style in its posh new lounge throughout the evening.
