Depends on what kind of bar you're looking for.

Wine Bar - Jamie Kennedy's Wine Bar
Cosy, Craft Beer Pub - C'est What
Irish Pub - PJ O'Brien's
Dance Club - Circus
Goth Bar - Velvet Underground
Grungy Metal Bar - Bovine Sex Club
All-round pub - Mill St Brewery

Of course, those are the ones I like. There is no "best bar", just a lot of great ones that people prefer over others.
