Description:
- Built in 1987 and close to the airport shuttle and the Palais des Congrès, this hotel is named after an eighteenth-century archbishop of Toulouse. Hanging on the walls are some watercolours by Isidore Dufis that depict the history of the city. On arrival, you're sure to be enchanted by the rose-coloured brick, not to mention the warm yet discreet welcome and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel's restaurant, Restaurant de Brienne, offers regional dishes and pizzas.
