- 40/40 Sports Bar and Lounge is the newest business located on a busy corner of Ariapita Avenue, where it joins a hive of activity that already exists there. Don't be fooled by the drab exterior, because once inside you will be treated to waiter service, while munching down tasty food. The light menu consists of finger foods like burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, wontons, which you can enjoy as you watch sports on the large screen TV's or play a game of pool. There is only street parking available, and the area is fairly congested so come early if you want a parking space. 40/40 is open daily at 16:00.
