Donner Picnic Ground
- Donner Camp picnic ground is located on the southwest shore of Prosser Reservoir. This is the site of the George and Jacob Donner camp in the tragic winter of 1846-1847. A short interpretive trail is located at the site.

Donner Creek
- Donner Creek is located approximately 1.5 miles west of Truckee and flows along Hwy. #80 and Hwy. #89. Although fishing is available in this creek, planting has been discontinued because of the low flows of the water.
