The restaurant specializes in creative takes on old classics. White flour and corn tortillas are made on-site daily, and the mariachi bands fill the restaurant with festive music nightly. The vegetarian-friendly menu includes dishes like their enchiladas espinacas (spinach enchiladas) and crispy potato tacos. Presentation is big at the Guadalajara Grill, so expect your hot plate to arrive at your table with the rice, beans, veggies, and meats artfully arranged.
