Been to the Steakout 3 times. Food is pricey, but good. Never had any problems with food or service. Ribs are great and fall off the bone. For 16.95, its a great deal. Steaks though...

We went to the Steak out in Sonoita on Easter. The table was sticky even after they cleaned it. The waitress took 15 minutes to get us our drinks. There was only about 3 other groups...
