Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame

Description:

  • Part of the Greenwood Cultural Center, which facilitates many cultural and educational programs in the area, this exhibit includes historical information and displays honoring many jazz musicians who called Oklahoma home. Other historical information can also be found here, including an exhibit detailing the infamous Race Riot of 1921, in which many black Tulsans were murdered. This is a display that fans of jazz will enjoy, and one that is educational for older children and adults.
