- Held in River Parks every year, Tulsa's Oktoberfest celebration keeps continuing to grow! Brats, Beer and more chicken dancing than should be legal in one place! Have the time of your life! Rent the trolley to pick you up at your house and take you to Oktoberfest. There's also plenty of carnival rides for the kids and more than enough adult activities to go around, plus live music, 3 main tents and much more.
