Operated by the same group that runs Xcaret, many find this water-part more "natural" than Xcaret. Snorkeling its lagoon is like swimming in an aquarium. If getting up close to fish isn't your thing, you can simply float down the river, explore the caves and cenotes, or swim with dolphins.

- 120 km (76 miles) south from Cancún is an amazingly beautiful, natural aquarium. This park has a system of caverns, coves and lagoons that are home to hundreds of marine species. Beyond all of the natural features it offers, there is also a good selection of restaurants, shops and more located here. Ask your hotel about the organized tours if you don't want to rent a car.
