Description:
- The Cambio embodies Turin's historical and aristocratic heritage (it was established in 1750!) Here important politicians and generals dined, including the Count of Cavour. The kind of cuisine you can find at Cambio is a mix of Piedmontese and modern classic. Some samples—Antipasti, Terrines, Meats (try the veal, served in different recipes), cheeses and desserts. All good quality but not the best cuisine in town.
