One of the most cafè is the San Carlo in San Carlo square.It's a little expensive but it's a storic cafè in city and the square it's wonderful.

There are many cafes' famous in Turin. Caffe 'in Baratti Subalpina Gallery, Coffee and Caffe San Carlo' turin Caffè Cavour and Piazza San Carlo, Caffe 'Lavazza Beccuti and in Via Pietro Micca, Bicerin Cavour to the Church of the Consolata, Cafe at the Palazzo Reale and Palazzo Madama both beautiful!
The Grand Bar in Piazza Gran Madre great for appetizers!
