le preskil for honeymoon
we have booked le preskil for our honeymoon in mid agust this year, whats le preskil and mahebourg like, will we enjoy it as a honeymoon destination

I have stayed at the Preskil Beach resort and seen many weddings whilst I was there. All I can say is you will not be disappointed. Mahebourg is a nice town with the original Dutch settlement buildings a little further north. Blue bay is one of the nicest beaches and that is only a short taxi ride away. The Preskil has a family feel to it, not as formal as some other hotels and the staff will look after you. Enjoy the honeymoon dinner on the beach, it is a wonderful setting. I cannot think of anything bad to say but then I will be having my third visit there in 3 weeks and just so you know, I live in Mauritius but I am British.

yes good choice and nice hotel very near the airport, but a bit windy in our winter june to august.

Mahebourg is the coolest place of Mauritius. Nice view of the Mountain and turquoise blue water. Le Preskil is a nice hotel with a great atmosphere. Mahebourg is full of life, with plenty of local restaurant offering typical local cuisine.so enjoy your honeymoon on our paradise island.
