Description:
- The Vail Gymnastics Center is a multi-faceted place in the Vail Recreation District that provides training in gymnastics. People of all age groups are encouraged to learn the art of coordination here. The tiny tots may be made to undergo the Preschool Gymnastics Program that heeds upon developing the basic motor skills to achieve balance. The same concept is taught to the adults too, only that the technique obviously differs. Dance, trampoline and martial arts are also taught here.
