• This is the cultural centre of the Municipality. It has good access, it's a quiet place with beautiful gardens, where you can find free art exhibitions; they have programs of movies during almost the whole year; they also have workshops dedicated to different ages. And also there is located the local library. It is near to the Peru Avenue, and also from the center of the city. So, to know something about the city, and local art, you should visit it.
