The focus here is on cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Tasting platters may be made up from any of the 20-plus cheeses on offer, and can include charcuterie, a house terrine or paté served up with bread and crackers, as well as a variety of accompaniments. Want more than just nibbles? Try the croque monsieur or poutine, a French-Canadian favorite.
