Description:

  • The Bear Mountain Area is located just behind the Juan de Fuca Recreation Center and is a famous ice rink where ice hockey games are held regularly. If you are an ice hockey fan, you can't miss this one. The arena was built in 2004 and has a seating capacity of 2300. The Victoria Shamrocks play all their home games at this venue. The venue has also played host to lesser known lacrosse teams and has hosted the BCLA lacrosse championship.
