• Liliget is a Salish word for 'the place where people come to feast'. Located downtown, this truly unique restaurant is built in the form of a Coast Salish longhouse, complete with cedar tables and benches, wooden paths and loose pebbles. West Coast Native art fills the space. Authentic regional dishes made from halibut, salmon and caribou are cooked over a green-alderwood grill. A bottle of British Columbia wine from the modest list complements the all-local cuisine.
