Hy's has a location in Whistler and in Vancouver, so whether you're skiing in the Vancouver or Whistler, a mouth-watering steak is never far. Hy's has been around for years and has built a reputation on serving sumptuous steaks of quality and the dinner service matches impeccably well. Hy's is what a steakhouse should be!
The Keg is a Canada classic and has been feeding Canadian families for what seems like eons. The menu has stayed pretty consistent over the years, which works well because people know the menu, like it and trust it. The Yaletown Keg location is scattered over three large levels, and has a fabulous patio that's constantly buzzing in favorable weather. You would think that with a property so large, it would be impossible to deliver delicious, hot food and stellar service, but they do it every time. Hands down, some of the best customer service in Vancouver, and they cook a mean steak to boot!
If you're looking for something a little more hip and trendy to go along with your steak, the Pourhouse is a fabulous choice. Not to mention, their cocktail list is a great way to start the evening off!
Le Crocodile and Blue Water Cafe can be splurges, but if you're dining out for a special occasion, it's definitely worth a visit to either of these restaurants. Le Crocodile offers traditional French cuisine, while Blue Water also features many seafood items that will pair perfectly with your steak.
