Vij's is also a classic to our city and it's not uncommon for there to be a line up of a couple of hours. Not to let their guests get hungry, they serve complimentary nibbles that are always an added bonus. The fact that people wait so long to get a table is the proof in the pudding that it's that good.
Boneta likes to keep their menu on the smaller side, which lends itself well to a kitchen that can focus on creating a few stellar dishes, rather than being all over the map. They execute their plates wonderfully and offer wines and cocktails to marry well with their delicious cuisine.
There are plenty of fantastic restaurants in Vancouver, making it so difficult to name just ten; La Buca, Bishop's, C Restaurant and Joe Fortes are just a few other venues that are worth a visit.
