The balconies on every level of the house provide views of downtown and the North Shore mountains, as well as distant views of the Lions Gate bridge, Canada Place and the harbor. The house is tastefully decorated to blend antique and vintage character with contemporary luxuries such as net book computers, iPod docking stations, fireplaces, flat screen t.v.s, custom showers, and/or soaker tubs.
