Cork & Fin is located right beside Gastown's Blood Alley, which means that the restaurant is in one of the oldest spaces in Vancouver. The brick walls are contrasted by a soft white banister and the white linens and chairs evoke a French bistro; it's warm, inviting and a room you could easily spend the night in.
Cork & Fin is a raw bar and it's the perfect spot to sit up at the bar, order some bubbles (by the glass, no doubt) and oysters and watch the night go by. Or, you can sit down at one of the tables and enjoy one of their decadent seafood platters, go for their prix fixe menu, or order a la carte. If seafood isn't your thing, they serve a delicious beef tenderloin and a lovely roasted chicken, both will satisfy any carnivore.
