- So who exactly is Earl? Is he a real person? Is he a vegetable? A mineral? Well, he is definitely a real person. And Earl is his real name. He's Leroy Earl Fuller. Earl loves two things. Food and people. So it's no surprise that in 1954 he opened his very first restaurant to feed local farmers of Sunburst, Montana. No, it wasn't an earls restaurant, but he was on his way. In 1982, the first casual dining earls restaurant opened in Edmonton, Alberta.

The food, as always was great.

The noise level was uncomfortable. We were in North Van location. The decor has nothing to absorb the noise. The chairs were not the most comfortable I have sat in.
