They have a take out window if you're in a hurry, while the bistro is a full service restaurant.

    Description:

    • Edible Canada is exactly what Vancouver is about; supporting local producers as much as possible, while celebrating all of what Canada has to offer. Granville Island has long been a favorite place for visitors and locals to shop for local and interesting vegetables, seafood, fruits, baked goods, meats and other tasty delights. So, it makes perfect sense that Edible Canada would open up right by the entrance to the Public Market. Everything on the menu is sourced from Canada, that's including everything from the liquor, wine and food. Elegant dishes are carefully prepared before they are happily devoured by hungry diners. As the months roll by and new produce comes in and out of season, you will see the menu change to reflect what's current in Canada's produce. What doesn't change though are the impeccable flavors that come out of the kitchen and the stellar service provided at each table. At the back of the restaurant is their store, where you can purchase some of their favorite Canadian products that are available for purchase and make great gifts.
