L'Abattoir boasts an excellent food menu, but the cocktail menu is not to be overlooked. The Aviation cocktail is beautifully executed with hints of violet that cut through the gin. Another favourite is the Slaughterhouse, and the name pays tribute to Blood Alley, which is right behind L'Abattoir and was home to many butchers years ago.
