The Flying Pig - Vancouver

  • NileGuide Expert tip:

If there's a wait, you can leave your number and they will call you when a table is ready. There are plenty of restaurants close to The Flying Pig where you can grab a drink.

    Description:

    • The Flying Pig is a welcome addition to Yaletown's dining scene and attracts an easy going crowd, that adores good food, a comfortable atmosphere and a drink, or two. It's not quite a bistro, but the comforting options on the menu will make you feel as though you're sinking into a soft cushion of delicious heaven when you sink your teeth into it. The atmosphere itself is casual, yet trendy, and the service is warm and inviting. On the Pacific Northwest influenced menu, you will find items to be both local and seasonal, as much as possible, and changes to the menu as a reflection of that. They don't take reservations, but there are plenty of places around to grab a drink while you wait for your table. The Flying Pig has also become a popular spot for weekend brunch and lunch during the week. They also offer cooking classes at the restaurant for those looking to bring the skills home.
