The food concept is a natural, ingredient driven small plates menu. Food prepared with love, and from scratch. We proudly collaborate with sustainable fisheries and growers as well as artisan producers to showcase not only the best of BC but what the global market has to offer. The Helm offers carefully selected classic cocktails and a wine menu fit to pair with each dish on the menu in a modern, yet warm atmosphere. As the evening progresses, the scene fuses into late-night with a DJ or live music and a life of its own.
