Description:

• Wild Rice is on the edge of Gastown and Chinatown, which makes perfect sense when you take a look at their menu. They combine Asian and Western flavors together, to create flavorful plates that have elements of the best of both worlds. Each dish is supposed to be shared, so you can choose a few and really get a good sample of the entire menu. If you're a fan of tea, they have a huge selection of exotic teas. The menu is separted into three categories, Dim Sum, small plates and large plates. The Dim Sum options come with just a few of each item, while some of the small plates could easily fill one person up, depending on how hungry you are. The large plates are just that, big servings that can be the base of your meal. The Spicy Maple Hill Chicken Kung Po is a delight and made with twice cooked peanuts, broccoli, rice noodles and a spicy, but not too spicy, sauce.
