Eagle Peak

• This feature, sometimes called Mount Beautiful, is the true summit of Eagle Ridge, the long north-south ridge to the east of Buntzen Lake. The nearly panoramic outlook encompasses the mountains to the northeast, Mount Baker across the Fraser Valley, the Strait of Georgia beyond Vancouver and down below Coquitlam Lake on one side and on the other, Indian Arm. The trail takes you past Swan Falls, not high, but very scenic.
