- This beautiful church was founded in 1926 from the amalgamation of two church communities of St. Columba Presbyterian Church and the Hampshire Road Methodist Church. Oak Bay United Church is involved in various community services and programs for youth, women and children. It also has a well stocked library with religious books for both children and adults. Its facilities are available on rent. The church has a profound presence in the community due to its ever growing social-service work.
